Samana’s Layout:
A 52′ ketch built of steel to the very highest standards for world-wide cruising. She is an ideal yacht for safe and comfortable sail training.
Her large unencumbered teak decks afford ample space from which to spread charts and conduct sail training and navigation instruction.
SAMANA is a fast and safe vessel capable of long passages.
Documented as a registry vessel by the U.S. Coast Guard, SAMANA meets all safety requirements to operate as a sailing school, including EPIRB, GMDSS and an 8 person offshore liferaft.
